Hello, I'm Dr. Lisa Gordon. Getting to lead GreyBirch is a homecoming for me, where I have the amazing opportunity to put my years of experience, learnings, and relationships to work toward a practice that is highly creative, mission-driven, service-oriented, and grounded in science and excellence. This organization exists to invest in leaders and leadership. Leadership is an awesome responsibility given its unique position to impact lives, even those far beyond one's immediate view. Great leaders create financially, operationally, and culturally healthy and flourishing organizations - ones with purpose, shared vision, and thriving integrated teams. It's not an over-statement to say that to be a great leader is to make the world a better place. BACKGROUND:
- Sought-after and skilled executive coach and trusted advisor to an array of organizations and leaders - spanning industries, functional areas, and levels of leadership.
- Thought leader in the field of executive coaching and organizational change, having led and designed coaching services practices at the executive level.
- Experience as a Senior Leadership Team member with business line responsibility for business development/growth, margin management and financial planning, service development, and leadership.
- Processes, tools, and point of view are based on what we know about the brain (neuroscience), as well as on a keen understanding of what it takes to be a great leader in today's landscape and world.
- Expert in strategic planning and change leadership.
- Licensed Psychologist (LP4818), holding a PhD in Counseling/Vocational Psychology from the University of Minnesota
- Certified in the Hogan suite of inventories, Leadership Circle Profile, and a number of other assessment inventories, including cognitive testing.
