- PhD in Psychology, University of Minnesota.
- Licensed Psychologist (LP 4804), bringing a deep understanding of behavior, the brain, decision-making, and how growth and change happens.
- 7 years of senior leadership experience overseeing the executive coaching practice within a consultancy.
- A 20+ year proven track-record of coaching and consulting with leader, senior executives and executive teams; and of facilitating high-impact strategic planning and organizational design efforts.
